At SOVA, we craft jewellery that lasts, and we operate with the same care and clarity in how we work with our clients. By engaging with SOVA; whether through our website, private appointments, or custom orders, you agree to the following:

1. Private Appointments & Experiences

All SOVA appointments are by private booking only.

Your place is secured with a non-refundable deposit, which is applied to your piece.
If you need to reschedule, please let us know at least 2 days in advance; deposits may be retained to secure your new time. SOVA may occasionally reschedule due to exceptional circumstances, always with notice.

2. Orders & Custom Pieces

Custom pieces are made specifically for you and are non-refundable once work has begun.
Pre-made pieces are limited; each is offered in single or small editions, and availability is based on current stock.
All pieces are crafted in solid recycled 9ct gold and/or materials specified at booking, welded to last.

3. Payments

All prices are in GBP.
Deposits and balances are processed securely. Full payment is required before collection, shipping, or bonding.

4. Shipping & Collection

Where shipping is offered, it is at the client’s risk once the item leaves SOVA.
Estimated delivery times are indicative; delays may occur.

5. Ownership & Intellectual Property

All SOVA designs, images, and branding remain our property.
You may not reproduce or commercially use any design or image without written permission.

6. Responsibility & Care

Permanent jewellery is delicate. SOVA is not liable for damage caused by misuse, accident, or negligence after collection or bonding.
Clients are responsible for checking for any material sensitivities or allergies.

7. Privacy

We handle your personal information with care in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

​

8. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, with disputes subject to the courts of England and Wales.
