Refund and Reweld Policy

All SOVA pieces are crafted to order and bespoke, designed to last a lifetime. Because of this, we do not offer refunds.

• To maintain the integrity of your permanent jewellery, rewelds are offered at £20 per session.

• The first reweld is complimentary, ensuring your piece remains secure. Subsequent rewelds will be charged.

• Rewelds must be booked through SOVA directly; third-party alterations are not permitted.
